Help with the activart connector
Something not working, or a question about your data? Email hello@corunner.io and include a short description of what you asked your assistant and what happened. We reply as soon as we can.
The step-by-step instructions for Claude and ChatGPT are on the home page. The connector address is https://mcp.activart.pro/mcp.
Your assistant has no active sign-in. Remove and re-add the connector, then approve access on Strava's sign-in screen when asked.
A poster needs a GPS route. Indoor workouts and manually entered activities have none, so they can't be drawn. Very new activities can take a few minutes to appear after Strava finishes processing them.
Strava limits how many requests apps can make in a short time, and the limit is shared by everyone using activart. Wait a few minutes and try again.
Posters are drawn on a small server that handles a few at a time. Try again in a minute.
Charts need data from Strava: mile or kilometer splits for pace, and altitude data for elevation. Indoor workouts, manual entries and activities recorded without an altimeter may not have them. Your assistant tells you when a chart was left off. Very tall posters, like the story size, may also not have room for a chart.
Strava rarely stores a place for an activity. Tell your assistant the place you want, for example "label it Toledo, OH", and it appears next to the date.
Claude and ChatGPT show the poster in the conversation but don't always let you save it. After each poster, activart gives you a private link that works for 15 minutes. Open it, then use Download poster (or press and hold the image on a phone). If the link has expired, ask your assistant to make the poster again.
Strava doesn't let apps add photos to an existing activity. Download the poster, then add it in the Strava app.
