These terms apply to your use of the activart connector at mcp.activart.pro and this website (the "Service"), operated by Kyle Roth ("we", "us"). By connecting activart to your AI assistant or using this site you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
activart connects to your Strava account, with your permission, and lets an AI assistant you use draw route posters from your activities. You choose which activity to draw and how it looks.
Use the Service only for your own activities and in line with the law. Don't:
We may limit the rate or number of requests to keep the Service working for everyone.
The activity data in a poster is yours (as between you and us) and the posters are created for your own use, including sharing them. Map posters include required credits to Stadia Maps, OpenMapTiles and OpenStreetMap contributors, and a "Powered by Strava" mark; please leave these in place when you share a poster. The activart name, logo and software are ours.
How we handle data is described in our Privacy Policy.
The Service is provided as it is, and may be unavailable, change, or end at any time, including because Strava or a mapping provider changes or withdraws access. We will try to give notice of major changes where we can, but we are not obliged to.
To the fullest extent the law allows, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. Posters are generated from data supplied by Strava and map providers, and we don't promise they are accurate or complete.
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to US$100. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.
You can stop at any time by disconnecting the connector and revoking access in Strava, and you can ask us to delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or if we need to protect the Service or other users.
We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version, and continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept it.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States of America, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes will be heard in the courts located there, except where the law of your home country gives you other rights.
